HDPE is the abbreviation of high-densitypolyethylene. 

 

Polyethylene pipe is widely used in the fieldof water supply and drainage manufacturing because of its high strength, hightemperature resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic, abrasion resistanceand other characteristics. 5.Connection performance: the strength of HDPE pipehot-melt or electric fusion interface is higher than pipe body, and the jointwill not be disconnected due to soil movement and working load.

6.Good construction performance: the pipeline is light, sothe welding process is simple and convenient, and the comprehensive cost of theproject is low. 

 

Connectionof HDPE PIPE

1.Electric fusion: special electric fusion welding machineis used to connect straight pipe with straight pipe and straight pipe with pipefittings. Generally, it is mainly used for pipes below 160mm.

2.Hot melt for butt joint: the special butt-welding pipe isused to connect, generally used for more than 160mm pipe.

3.Steel and plastic connection: it can be connected byflange, threaded and other methods.
4.
In order tofacilitate construction and ensure construction quality, related tools shallalso be prepared.
